"Lilian was amazing and worked extremely hard for my husband and I from the very beginning. We told Lilian what our needs and wants were and that we needed to sell our home in a PA to move back to NJ. Lilian put us in touch with a seller's agent in PA and helped us to get the ball rolling. Lilian was extremely accommodating to our schedule and understanding of our travel times. She helped us find our home that we absolutely love. She assisted in all steps of the purchase including inspections and negotiations over terms of the sale. Selling out home in PA has met many challenges that effected our purchase in NJ. Lilian was able to help us overcome the challenges on the NJ end to get our purchase completed. This was very stressful on my husband and I and I am sure Lilian had her share of stress, but she was always there to talk me off the proverbial ledge! She did this with respect, professionalism, and a smile. Kudos to the lovely Lilian Lundy!"

"During one of our first meetings with Lilian, she asked "Are you sure you are ready to sell your house?" It almost brought tears to my eyes because (1) we really didn't ask ourselves that question after 17 years in our home and (2) it really showed what a compassionate real estate person she was. Before listing the home on MLS, she had a professional photographer film our home and took the necessary steps to ensure that we were comfortable with people being in our home in 2020. Our home was listed … the very NEXT day a lovely couple came to look and the day after that, we were offered above list! We knew this was meant to be and Lilian made the entire closing run seamlessly. She ensured us that the buyers were very qualified and we closed on exactly the day we had asked for.
